Eun joined Cilker Henderson Properties in 2022 and serves as the Chief Development Officer, leading the company’s pursuits in planning, development and construction of real estate assets and acquisitions.

She brings 24 years of design and construction experience and specializes in healthcare, life sciences and aviation developments. Prior to joining Cilker Henderson Properties, Eun was the Senior Managing Director of Northern California Project Managers at CBRE, Inc. She managed a team of 42 construction managers, overseeing projects for the most demanding Bay Area firms. Prior to joining CBRE in 2016, Eun gained her sharp construction knowledge working in the field as a field engineer, area superintendent, estimator and project manager for both Turner Construction Company and Hensel Phelps Construction Company.

Eun holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas. She calls sunny San Diego home. When not at work, you can find her at the beach with her family.
