Spencer joined Cilker Henderson Properties at the end of 2024 as Accounting Manager. In this role, he is responsible for many aspects of the accounting and finance for CH Properties, including distributions, payroll, leases, accruals, coordination with auditors, among others.

Prior to joining, Spencer had gained 10+ years of accounting experience at two different real estate management companies in the Bay Area. Holding both the titles of Property Accountant and Senior Accountant, he has performed many functions of real estate management accounting for large-scale commercial retail centers and multi-purpose office properties including accounts receivable/payable, expense reconciliations, financial reporting and analysis.

Spencer holds a BS degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, playing soccer, and vacationing on the beach.
