Ken joined CH Properties in 2020 and oversees the company’s financial affairs. He began his career in public accounting with KPMG before moving into commercial real estate finance, holding positions in U.S. Bank’s commercial real estate lending group and on Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s real estate investment banking platform. He then spent 10 years at DJM Capital Partners, a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm, where he held roles across acquisitions and asset management before serving as Chief Financial Officer.

Ken earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley, as well as a dual MBA and Master of Real Estate Development at the University of Southern California. He maintains an active CPA and real estate brokers licenses, both in the state of California.

Originally from Southern California, Ken is a big fan of the Lakers and the NBA.  He is an avid gardener and helped found the Los Prados Community Garden in San Mateo, CA, serving on its board for the first three years of its existence.
