Master Plan for our community
Cilker Henderson Properties is proud to have grown with the community throughout the years. Our future development of five new medical office buildings and three parking structures will continue our commitment to delivering modern health care to Silicon Valley.
We’ve partnered with RBB Architects and Hensel Phelps Construction to bring the new buildings to life. In total, we’ll add 475,000 SQ FT and 1,500 parking spaces to create a state-of-the-art campus that will help meet the future needs of our physicians, medical groups, and patients. The first phase of the 20-year groundbreaking plan began with a three-story building at 2506 Samaritan Court in Summer 2020.
