Kim joined the CH Properties team in 1984. As Accounting Manager, her responsibilities include booking revenue, financial reporting, accounting policies and procedures, payroll, and assisting in maintaining employee benefits.

Kim enjoys hiking and traveling with her husband. Kim got her Associates in Accounting.
