Nicole joined the CH Team in June of 2023 and offers 17+ years of experience in the commercial real estate industry overseeing low-rise and high-rise commercial office buildings, retail, industrial, and R&D properties throughout the Bay Area. She has supported a broad client base including federal trust, REITS, institutional owners, and private owners.

As Director of Property Management with Cilker Henderson Properties, Nicole is responsible for the firm’s property management operations and leasing. She has substantial expertise in budget preparation, operating expense reconciliations, lease administration, physical management, client relations and financial reporting. She holds a California Real Estate License and will have obtained the BOMA RPA designation by 2024.

Prior to joining Cilker Henderson Properties, Nicole served as a Regional Director for Newmark, where she oversaw and mentored a team of skilled property management professionals covering more than 3 million square feet of assets.

In her free time, you might find her in the garden, painting with acrylics, completing house projects, hiking, biking, traveling to national parks, and spending time with her dog SourPatch.
